If you are wondering what Santa Dash is right now, I hereby hand you your LASTMA gold medal. So the run/walk was a approximately a 6.5 Km exercise. The start point was Ascon filling station at Admiralty way, Lekki phase 1 and the end point was Tinubu’s house in the same Lekki.
The run began at 7.00am with a warm up session coordinated by fitness expert, Esta Morenikeji.
I wasn’t familiar with that axis of Lekki but located it just in time to participate in the event.
The event was so turnt (for those of you who know my signature lingo for something I really enjoyed). The weather didn’t discourage people from turning up and it certainly couldn’t tie me down on the bed with flu this time.
Proceeds from the event were collected and will be sent to a charity precisely Pacelli School for the blind. If you would still like to be a part of this charity donation, you can go to ww2.truppr.com/santadash
Santa Dash was held in different parts of Nigeria in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Uyo and Ibadan etc.
My weekend has been so turnt and I have had fun meeting new people and learning new dance steps and giving awkward gifts.
😀 Lol. I’ll tell you how I gave out a very awkward secret santa gift next post.
Till then keep giving and don’t stop smiling.
